A total portfolio of approximately $8.2B, comprising $6.5B in ~300,000 retail car loans and $1.7B in commercial lending provided to over 100 Car Dealer Groups, principally floorplan bailment and dealership property loans. Led a large project team to: Complete the sale (October 2015) following an extensive sale process; Transition the assets progressively to Macquarie including full service provision of the retail portfolio for 6 months to April 2016; and final Separation in July 2016. The project is regarded within ANZ as one of the most complex, demanding and well-executed divestments undertaken by ANZ in recent times.
