Advanced Test Centre Manager
CurrentAs Advanced Test Centre Manager, I am charged with the B2B and B2C sales, registration andadministration of LanguageCert examinations for the region of South-Eastern Spain. I am chieflyresponsible for the Sales Management and Product Management to acheive sustained growth of LanguageCert qualifications in the region and I am expected toacheive a sustained and continual growth of candidates as well as achieving New Business Development through actively recruiting language schools and educationalestablishments to be signed up to these official qualifications.I am in charge of a team of professionals tasked with the administration, invigilation and examination ofcandidates throughout our network of educational establishments based all around the area of South-EastSpain. This role requires a very good CRM system to allow us to be our most effective in retaining and attaining new business.Under my charge, our centre has been recognised as the number one LanguageCert Test Centre in Spainfor the last two years, with a growth in candidate numbers of more than 75% in the last two calendar yearsand a growth in educational institutions starting form zero to our current total of more than 15.
