I have been working for the last 6 years and this got me through college. I started to work as a Service Crew at Jollibee. During my stay, I was able to learn different tasks and skills including money-handling, time management, customer service, and hosting. 2 years after, I became an On-Site Supervisor, still at Jollibee but under a different employer, which was an agency. Some of my tasks were the orientation of the recruits, providing training, and monitoring their progress as a trainee. I was also in charge of the scheduling and overseeing the day-to-day operation. It was like a mini-manager in a sense. I got awarded as Best On-Site-Supervisor for two consecutive quarters (January-March 2018, March-June 2018).After a year, I decided to apply for Jollibee regularization, which then I became a Senior Crew. Part of my task includes inventory control, stocks management, and administrative tasks like document keeping, and cash management. After graduating college, I then applied for an Associate role at Uniqlo. I became a VMD (Visual Marketing Display), which focuses on the updating of mannequins and other marketing materials needed to attract customers. After several months I then got promoted as Advance Store Associate.
