Working as product/project development manager for this startup's new projects, I've spearheaded the creation of innovative, holistic SaaS solutions and platforms designed to drive business growth and customer engagement.One significant project was "ENGAGE", an integrated, customizable business SaaS solution. This tool consolidated lead management, CRM, AI-automated marketing products, and customer feedback surveys into one dynamic system. It featured industry-specific CRM stages that delivered critical insights to maximize lead and sales conversions. I also incorporated real-time performance and industry data to formulate agile business improvement strategies. As a part of this project, I established guidelines for ad, content, lead, and data management to enhance efficiency, security, and targeting precision. My role also involved managing the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from requirement analysis to testing and implementation.Another noteworthy project was developing a user-feedback system and a real-time BI platform. This system streamlined the process of gathering customer feedback and offered current performance analysis to guide clients in strategic decision-making. This project also integrated Google Analytics APIs for deeper sentiment analysis and leveraged MySQL and BI tools to store and analyze customer feedback in JSON format. In addition, I offered consultation on CRM and future customer journey designs.Lastly, I directed the creation of an automated marketing platform designed to assist clients with CRM. This platform centralized performance data from numerous social media marketing platforms, offering clients a one-stop source for real-time business insights. It featured diverse marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and engaging email and SMS templates for various marketing purposes. To boost data integrity, we enabled real-time data synchronization between the marketing platform and client management systems.

I've led multiple projects to streamline operations and amplify growth for our clients.First, I architected a robust NPS system and real-time BI platform. This setup enabled our clients to collect feedback and monitor performance, acting as a springboard for strategic improvements. By integrating Google Analytics APIs, we boosted customer sentiment analysis capabilities. Feedback data was meticulously stored and analysed in JSON format using MySQL and BI tools. Besides, I also provided consultancy on CRM and customer journey design.Second, an automatic Marketing Platform was developed. This platform, equipped to execute varied marketing campaigns and customer segmentation, was aimed at enhancing CRM outcomes. By centralizing performance data from various social media platforms, we offered clients real-time business insights. Additionally, the platform featured bespoke email and SMS templates for diverse marketing purposes and real-time data synchronization with client management systems.The third project, a unified Appointment Booking Platform, revolutionised the booking process for clients' end-users. We developed industry-specific appointment channels and demographic-targeted promotions. In addition to modernizing client booking systems, I enabled data-driven decisions by delivering insightful reports on user behaviour and traffic. We further improved the user experience by creating a user handbook for platform management.Lastly, I directed the development of an Electron desktop program—Auto Synchronize Program. This tool was designed to mitigate manual data inputs from PMS to CRM and other online services, increasing efficiency by 80%. We incorporated Electron Store and MomentJS for seamless data transfer from client systems and also implemented a strategy to compare local records before server requests, effectively reducing server loads.
