I sell new Ford vehicles and pre-owned as well.

My main responsibility was to ensure that my team made account updates and changes for some of our largest customers. We had a twenty-four hour time limit to make the changes requested by our field sales team. The most challenging aspect of my job was to validate that we had accurate information, and I had to ensure we had enough resources to process the changes prior to the deadline. I was tasked with making the deadline, and I had to ensure the changes and updates were accurate. I also performed troubleshooting if problems arose due to communication error.

New and used car sales. I was paid almost entirely on commission. I was responsible for keeping up to date inventory data, and I was required to understand the changes in features for new models.

My job was to ensure from an administrative standpoint that our largest accounts were highly satisfied with our after-sale support. I visited many of our accounts in person in order to build better rapport. I was personally responsible for after sale support in collections for the city of Houston, TX. The City of Houston had several million dollars of exposure to Xerox. It was my job to work with each department independently in order to make the billing to payment transition a smooth process.

My job was to ensure that our customer’s furniture was delivered or picked up in a timely manner. I was also in charge of shipping and receiving and inventory control. I maintained the quality of inventory and acted as a liaison between the store manager and suppliers to ensure our inventory was meeting the standards that our company demanded. Other duties included credit and collections.
