As a Manufacturing Supervisor, my responsibilities included Lean Manufacturing implementation on three production lines totaling about 40 employees. I worked closely with Manufacturing Engineers on improvements, assuring continuous flow on production lines to move away from traditional batching of product and eliminate areas of waste. I worked a the Packaging Supervisor for a few years coordinating the sterile packaging schedule.
