I am a driven educator of Australian adults with a passion for the Human Resource function. As the current General Manager for Training Professional, I lead our culturally and logistically diverse team of 25 trainers to deliver results across multiple fields including Mining, Barbering, Heavy Industries and Gaming / IT. As an RTO focused on workplace-based training, I help businesses understand their training needs, HR implications and opportunities to secure Government funding. With a strong background in HR and compliance, I have experience in dealing directly with multiple government agencies including ASQA, VCAA, QCAA, DESBT and Skills Vic. My mission is to show industry how collaboration with formal and informal training programs can provide a lasting impact on the profitability of any business. Furthermore, this is a foundational expectation that our 25-person training team is committed to every day.
