Trade association representing the private sector equity investors in the £2.3 billion LIFT programme. Focused on investing in high quality primary and community healthcare estate LIFT Council members are at the forefront of redeveloping and refurbishing vital NHS facilities and in improving the management and utilisation of premises. The LIFT Council led discussions and negotiations with the government on all issues relating to LIFT and shifted wider models of infrastructure investment and management towards a PPP model through the PF2 programme.

Helped build and develop a mid-sized political communications company offering strategic advice to clients in the health, social care, infrastructure, education, children's services and welfare-to-work sectors. Core activity included public affairs, regulation (UK and EU), stakeholder engagement, press and PR, bid management and communications, trade association leadership and events management. Activity involved in a range of national political projects including NHS reform, the Academies and free schools programme, the Work Programme, PF2 and a landmark review into services for children with speech and language difficulties.
