 Responsible for all technology aspects for 250-300 users across 10 sites in NY, CT and VT. Direct and oversee daily IT operations for all enterprise infrastructure for platforms and systems that include Windows Server 2019, file/print servers, Active Directory, DNS, firewalls, and Cisco switches/routers. Manage and maintain a local area connection & networking; 350 virtual Windows desktops, 40 virtual Windows servers, 16 ESXi hosts and 170 network printers. Manage and sustain the Internet and Intranet sites on IIS web servers. Oversee and participate in the analysis, implementation, operation, development, and support of mission-critical applications and locally developed automated solutions. Assist with the development, documentation, and publishing of all IT policies, procedures, and standards that ensures industry and IT compliance/security standards are maintained. Review, evaluate, and make recommendations on information technology security programs. Train, coach, and develop IT staff to provide greater opportunities for staff and provide “next generation” IT leadership, build on current skills, and increase employee morale and engagement. Contribute to IT budget input, expenditures, and property and equipment procurement with keen fiscal responsibility. Managed several technology upgrades and new technology deployment projects that included Office 365 online email migration and migrating virtual servers to Microsoft Server 2019. Implemented and configured virtualization using VMware. Implemented wiki and document storage system using Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
