Optimize workflows for existing live sites utilizing Allscripts Touchworks. Assist end users, including Clinical and Non-Clinical staff in day to day functions and general utilization of the system. Modify configurations for user profiles in the system as needed. Assist Physicians with Meaningful Use Initiatives as well as completing Meaningful Use collateral (now MACRA and MIPS). Assist non-clinical end users in their usage of Cerner Soarian scheduling and registration system. Create, manage, and modify Provider Templates within Soarian, as well as configuration of rules, quotas, and session templates. Work with Merge PACS and GE PACS to assist providers in timely viewing of radiology imaging.

Implement multiple net new practice go-lives on Allscripts Touchworks. Engage with individual practices to understand and document existing processes, identify paper and electronic forms currently utilized, and determine all current state lab/imaging/Rx order processes, as well as assess future state workflows. Responsible for front and back-end configuration of the application, properly setting up all new end users, printer configurations, and default settings. Also establish any cross-site implementation requirements.

Provided Electronic Health Record training in AllScripts to Clinical and Non-clinical staff across several sites and several specialties. Served as Support Team Lead for multiple Internal Medicine and Family Practice sites, Orthopedics and Spine facility, Head and Neck Surgery facility at Lenox Hill Hospital, as well as provided transition support to several other specialties including Cardiology, Pediatrics, and Infectious Disease. Also provided ADM scanning application training and support. Provided Dragon training and support to Providers including MD’s, PA’s, NP’s and fellows.
