David together with his business partner and Co-Director Paul Concannon formed “We Clean Limited” in 2003, after previously working and developing professional management careers with the national contract cleaning provider “We Are Cleaning” over an 11 year period.With many cleaning business diversifying into full facilities managed services David and Paul made the executive decision to form their business “we clean” and proud of it, with a single discipline approach to provide the best quality cleaning services to professional, blue chip businesses and iconic buildings in the West Midlands. The company’s success to date has developed long term partnerships with businesses such as a national contract with West Bromwich building society, Brindley Place estates, the heritage motor museum, Town Hall/Symphony Hall Birmingham and many well-known legal and financial institutions in the region.Since 2003 David alongside Paul have developed a business model that has seen 'we clean' enjoy sustained organic growth over a 10 year period to a point where the company has an annual turnover in excess of £4m.The success of 'we clean' has been built upon an 'ethos' encapsulated by the company strapline "we clean and proud of it" where every member of staff within the organization is appropriately trained, motivated and empowered to take a 'pride' in what they do.
