In 1994 I started my career with the Texas Department of Transportation. I started as a Maintenance Tech and worked my way up to assistant supervisor, overseen over 800 lane miles in SW Dallas Co. I have a team of ten to eighteen employees. I oversee Bundle contracts and site pacific contracts and approve sitemanger daily work order and payments. I schedule and plan work for contractors and maintenance crews on a daily basis. I manage traffic incidents, traffic control for lane closures and aprove traffic control plans. In October of 2015, I moved to Ft Worth District at the Area Office as a Construction Inspector over multiple project including the Trinity River Vision project as Chief Inspector in Downtown Fort Worth. I transferred to Ellis Area Office as Project Manager over seeing various projects and in March of 2020 I returned to Fort Worth District as Project Manager overseeing numerous project including bridge replacement, roadway widening, mill and overlay projects and freeway upgrade of pavement markings.
