• Manage outbound loads from the manufacturing facility to various distribution centers and customers across the region• Perform and document daily DOT and FMCSA requirements• Work directly with distribution center (DC) managers and customers to provide a high level of service• Minimize less than truckload (LTL) shipments, and maximize full truckload (FTL) shipments• Find and execute backhauls, boosting revenue, and minimizing deadheads• Plan and execute transportation plans based on inventory assessments and demand

• Assist the plant manager with daily operational functions• Preform maintenance on food grade production and packaging machinery• Assist in HR functions, dispatch, scheduling, routing, and all aspects of maintenance• Shipping, receiving, and storage of products and raw materials in a food grade cold storage environment

• Collaborate with internal & external customers to achieve a high quality outcome on a given project• Work on company acquisitions, as well as large special events and new customer projects

• Complete Daily DOT and FMCSA requirements• Invoice customers• Act as a link between management and the customers, communicating information both ways• Manage the route area in a specified geographic region
