Current· Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and government agencies to coordinate meetings, resolve technical questions as well as provide consultations and develop solutions to meet client needs· Developed and designed Single Family Site Plans under the guidance of a Professional Engineer· Represented clients before the Wetlands Boards to ensure permit approvals· Developed design plans and specifications for living shoreline projects to address water quality and wetlands expansion · Worked directly with Local, State and Federal regulatory agencies as a primary contact for permit compliance with VMRC, VIMS, ACOE and DEQ guidelines· Built new and maintained existing contractor and client relationships while demonstrating in depth knowledge of the waterfront industry· Supervised construction projects, conducted site visits, surveys, and performed various field engineering services· Performed in-depth technical research in real estate land records, oyster lease ownerships, and tidal records · Mentor: Brad Martin P.E., Clark Olsen
