I established David Harper & Co Ltd in 2000 after 33 years working in the flooring industry. That experience led me to base my company on two key principles: high standards of service and quality of product. ​ Throughout my 48 years of experience I have been involved in a wide range of projects, from the very complicated to the very simple. Regardless of scale or complexity, I bring the same high level of service and attention to detail to any project. I have had the opportunity to work in every area of the industry, from installation planning through to manufacture. My portfolio of clients includes leading interior designers, Historic Royal Palaces, government buildings, celebrities and retail brands.
