- Maintain accurate employee personnel records for compliance with FF, COPA, DCFS, DFSS, Start Early and any other program standards.- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence or others.- Collaborate on selecting applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.- Collaborate in the reference check and verification of employment process.- Collaborate in the pre-employment process for new hires and onboardings.- Effectively organize and manage information across Human Resources.- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
