Piedmont Investments is a niche financing business formed in 2004. The business model allowed publicly-traded homebuilders to leverage capital, spread risk, and legally place assets off balance sheet. At the height of the housing market expansion, it had approx. $100 million in assets under its control. Co-authored the original business plan. Focused primarily on opening new markets to expand opportunities and diversify risk. Built and routinely utilized sophisticated IRR and regression-based market analysis tools to improve due diligence process.

RTS is a $200+ million joint venture packaging company formed in 1997 by Rock-Tenn and Sonoco. Asked to direct a national sales force with over 1200 active accounts. Sales exceeded budget by double digits, customer churn was reduced, customer satisfaction survey results improved, acccounts receivable decreased, and sales expenses declined.

Responsible for all aspects of operations management, profitability, and sales for plants located in Chicago, Los Angeles, Portland (ME), Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico.
