Focused on originating and executing strategic advisory, M&A and capital raising for hospitality and real estate companies and investors. Executed over $100 billion in advisory and financing transactions. Developed a wealth of experience in advising clients in both the lodging and real estate private equity industries. Led M&A and leveraged buyout advisory assignments and capital raising transactions such as IPOs, public and private equity offerings, and public and private debt offerings and syndications for a variety of different investors including public and private REITs and c-corps, private equity firms and family offices. Developed deep relationships and experience working with the largest lodging and real estate private equity companies in the world as well as many middle market and smaller investors. He has worked on groundbreaking transactions in all segments of the lodging industry ranging from luxury and full service to midscale and economy as well as targeted segments including lifestyle, extended stay, all-inclusive, timeshare and vacation rentals.
