- Help create a new affiliate software from scratch including all user stories, requirements, backlog prioritisation, rollout plans, knowledge base creations, release notes, content writing for PR, Performing B2B demos, etc. See links below.- Managing brand launches for B2C and B2B implementations, including full affiliate program setup, banners and landing page management.- Managing all technical affiliate duties, including simple and complex deal set ups, trackers, emails, reports, data transfer, etc with a particular expertise on NetRefer usage where applicable.- Managing the majority of reporting needs for the affiliate entities.- Creating and designing/redesigning processes and workflows for the affiliate department as a whole using Confluence and JIRA, such as payments, training, technical requests, improved JIRA flows, etc- Aiding development and integrations on various functionalities for both B2C and B2B teams.

- Manage and deliver client integrations, projects and onboardings.- Drive value added growth for various consultant projects, such as gap analyses- Support other teams, such as Sales, Accounts and Support with product knowledge and application to achieve success in their fields and to add value added service.- Manage and deliver a number of internal initiatives to improve internal workflows.- Perform training sessions internally and externally on the product and its various add-ons.

NetRefer provides a leading edge marketing software platform for operators in the igaming industry. Including affiliate management and business intelligence.I provide training on software for both internal and external staff on all areas of the product that NetRefer offers - both face-to-face and via skype. I also perform the following tasks:- Produce documentation on various aspects of the software, including how-to-guides, release notes and keeping the knowledge base up to date.- Heavily involved in the creation and administration of the NetRefer Academy (https://academy.netrefer.com), an e-learning tool. Including designing and creating courses as well as regular reporting and maintenance.- Occasionally use SQL to help with queries from various teams.- Aiding the Account Management team with client support, additionally researching and creating gap analyses for clients on request which involves deep diving into a client system and assessing errors, producing reporting and creating discussion and feedback points.- Aiding the Product Support team in daily tasks and knowledge improvement.- Aiding the Sales team with prospective client questions, including help at conferences.- Aiding Product Management team with onboarding client questions and training.- I also was part of the Events Team for 6 months from Christmas 2018 through to Summer 2019 and helped organise monthly events with the team and the company.
