Mr. David S. Harris has served as sole owner and Managing Member of Advanced Decision Vectors (ADV), LLC since its inception in 2009. In this relatively short period of time, Mr. Harris has successfully carved out a niche for his Alexandria, VA-based company delivering management consulting services to upper echelon segments within the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian agencies. His vision and leadership has steered the company to exponential growth that has been recognized by New York-based INC. Magazine and the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF) of northern Virginia. For two consecutive years (2015 and 2016), INC. Magazine named ADV among the Fastest Growing Privately-owned companies in the United States, ranking it in the top 16th percentile of 5,000 businesses nationwide. SECAF nominated ADV a finalist for the 2016 Contractor of the Year award in the $6-$12M annual revenue category, signifying the company’s sharp revenue growth. ADV possesses a highly talented workforce of over 95 personnel Mr. Harris put down roots in the Defense Contracting arena while working as an analyst for BCP International Limited where he was promoted to Project Manager after acquiring a highly sought-after agreement with the joint warfighter support agency Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). His ability to establish relationships coupled with his devotion to achievement granted Mr. Harris the opportunity to start Advanced Decision Vectors, LLC. Mr. Harris is a 2005 Cum Laude graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing. He is a Masters of Science candidate at George Mason University in the School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution with an emphasis in Stabilization and Reconstruction. Additionally, he is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated and a Board Member of the Kappa Foundation of Woodbridge, Virginia.
