At Acu-Rite Companies (a subsidiary of Heidenhain of Germany), I worked with the engineering department to developed user friendly CNC Controls, PLC Interfaces for various machine configurations, simplified programming canned cycles, and created the documentation that enabled operators to program and run machines with minimal experience. This helped many manufacturers produce machined parts with less traditional CNC knowledge.

In this role I worked under the president of Phillips Corporation, Mr. Alan Phillips (for whom I currently work).We were involved with contributing to a safe and efficient way to swage fasteners on to sheet metal components for easy assembly. I was personally involved with every aspect of business development at Haeger and had the opportunity to work with all Haeger partners from service, engineering and sales including our distribution.
