I have now completed my BSc in Professional Practice (Violence Reduction) and am looking for a new challenge. Whilst I am looking to progress forward with an MSc, I am also looking to stretch my skills and move forward in this field where I can become involved in change management and reducing Restrictive practices.Dynamic and innovative Training coordination and delivery with a 8 year record of achievement and success driving Compulsory training compliance.
