Initially I joined Hays Accountancy office in Windsor covering Accountancy Support Recruitment. In December 2008 I moved to the Bracknell office and took over the Accountancy Support desk recruiting for temporary workers. I joined Inforom as a head-hunter/consultant specialising in seeking out and recruiting for Solution Architects in and around the Bid space for blue-chip IT Organisations. As a company we did not advertise or seek out candidates through job boards, it was all done through networking and recommendations to find and help the best people in the industry.Getting in contact with candidates and discussing possible career opportunities- Cold calling possible candidates on jobsites to pick up leads- Speaking directly to clients and try to create a relationship and bring on new business- Assess the candidate and make sure they have everything the client is looking for before sending of their CV to the client

At inzo Agency I started off in an in-house 3 month training programme. Once completed I moved into a large and competitive team of negotiators as a lettings consultant. I soon thrived in this team and was the top billing negotiator many times within my first 6 months. Due to my good performance I was promoted to Senior Lettings Consultant in April 2007. In January 2008 I was again promoted to Lettings Manger. Taking this role on as the youngest person in the office meant taking on a lot of responsibility and maturity.- Direct Management and responsibility for lettings team- Taking on new instructions and valuating properties- Negotiating fees with landlords- Finalise all negotiations, with landlords and tenants and closing all deals for lettings team- Showing properties to prospective tenants- Processing of Tenancy Agreements- Complete lettings process from viewings to administrative activities- Working with major corporate relocation companies- Sourcing new business through various methods including visiting development sites, managing agents, residential blocks and canvassing
