Having first worked with daab design in the summer of 2016, David joined the studio in 2017 on a full time basis. Since joining daab, David has played a leading role in the development of The Yards West Master Plan, a 3 million s.f. mixed use development located on the banks of the Anacostia River in Washington DC.David brings a very humanistic approach to Architectural problem solving irrespective of the scale of the project. He is capable of analysing issues and providing creative responses to projects of various scales be they: urban design, large scale residential, commercial, or single family residential.David led the Design Development and Tender stages to a private Villa located on the hills overlooking the Mediterranean in Nice, France. His work involved coordinating the design team based in Monaco and Nice, interfacing with suppliers and local planners.David is passionate about the technical development of a project which is reflected in his organisation of drawing information. He is skilled in 3D modelling and demonstrates a commanding use of Revit for communicating technical information and uses various software systems in creating informative animations during the design process.Prior to joining daab design, David played a key role on the Concept, Detailed Design and Planning phases for a 1,400 unit mixed use development in Rochester Riverside, Kent.
