Manage the Overhaul Team, which consists of large group of Hilcorp Project Leads, Coordinators, Machinists, Diesel Mechanis, Air Compressor Mechanics, Material Coordinators, Warehouse staff as well as a large group of Contract Millwrights. The team as a whole is in excess of 100 employees. Responsible for creating and managing our yearly budget which is.

Perform all functions necessary for troubleshooting, installing, repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment. Supervise, coordiante activities and a large crew of contract Millwrights, Machinists, Welders, Instrument Technicians, Vibration Technicians, Crane Operators support and other crafts necessary for the repair of various types of GE turbines.

Maintain all field air compressor, Milton Roy Chemical Pumps, Various centrifugal pumps, Reapair various process valves and actuators.

Maintain all equipment on platforms. Perform annual and semiannual PMs on equipment. Repair and replace equipment as necessary.

Perform and maintain all preventative maintenance and engine overhauls on White Superior 8G825 generator drivers, Waukesha VRG 310, Ingersoll Rand KVGR, KVG, and KVG880. Perform general preventive maintenance on Solar Mars gas turbines, Gaso triplex pumps, and centrifugal water pumps. Oversee maintenance contractors. Maintain computer-based maintenance.

Pipefitting, repair leaks in production lines, assist in P.M.’s on Ingersoll Rand KVGs.

Install, test, and repair chemical injection lines, valves, and mandrels on workover rigs. Head welder and lead man in facility. Design and fabricate all air tension units and injection skids.
