I am a goal-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 25+ years’ experience working on top end, bespoke, residential interior contracts, including 16 years as a director with management level experience, delivering projects from 250K to 4 million pounds.My design experience has involved me in all aspects of Interior design and furniture, in client facing roles, developing design briefs, fee proposals, concept designs and FF & E, writing project specification, preparing spread sheets, budget costs and project programming, interfacing between manufacturers and suppliers. The project management aspect of my skills set has been gained through hands on experience on projects in Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and London, involving planning, logistics and installation, resolving design and construction detailing, tender documentation, sourcing sub-contractors for packages work. Dealing with M&E services contractors and honing my man management skills on site works. Monitoring of budget costs, procurement of site works, including all Health & Safety matter and the management of projects from start to completion, handover and post contract final accounts.I am currently seeking new challenging employment in London or the South East and or overseas on a project by project basis.Specialties: Good communicator I foster motivation, innovation and team building.
