Led East Coast Talent Relations and supported publicity efforts for ABC’s entire primetime lineup. Secured 60+ talent to attend ABC’s Upfront Presentation each May in New York; performed outreach to new talent appearing in ABC’s latest pilot series. Managed talent logistics for the Television Critics Association Winter and Summer Press Tour; organized ~ 50 actor invitations to all-star interview reception. Coordinated talent for CMA Festival and CMA Awards for 6+ years as part of ABC’s partnership with The Country Music Association. Confirmed talent to appear at San Diego Comic Con in partnership with ABC Marketing. Produced talent to attend advertiser events, including the annual Oscars client reception. Collaborated with the “Dancing with the Stars” publicity team for 5+ years; oversaw contestant appearances on “Good Morning America” and drafted press releases. Oversaw New York press junkets to support “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” franchise (with electronic media including Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood, People Now, etc.). Covered weekly talk show appearances, press junkets, and radio interviews with talent from ABC’s dramas, comedies, and unscripted series. Booked talent travel for publicity appearances for all of ABC’s Primetime shows. Arranged ~ 300 theme park visits for talent to Disneyland and Walt Disney World each year. Organized talent gifting on behalf of Network Executives for birthdays, awards nominations/wins, holidays, etc. Maintained relationships with Disney Studios to invite key talent to major movie premieres, including Marvel and new Disney features (both animated and live action). Cultivated relationship with ABC’s Corporate Citizenship team and collaborated on ways to use talent to support the company’s community outreach and philanthropic endeavors. Partnered with talent teams from other Disney divisions to leverage talent for important company events.
