Partner with Design and Product Marketing to develop product from concept to commercialization that: meets or exceeds FOB target costs, satisfies consumer requirements in fit and performance, fulfills internal sustainability standards, and optimizes manufacturing productivity.

Led the development of a domestically-manufactured limited edition collection, which required implementation of new processes in our domestic factories and raw material supplier integration. Developed new sole mold tooling for DESMA PU direct inject machine in Boston manufacturing facility.

Worked closely with raw material suppliers to improve the quality of domestic and sourced components. Also, worked with Domestic factories to improve finished shoe quality by creating new testing procedures, update tooling on existing models to improve ease of manufacture, and determine methods to better control yellowing on PU sole units.

Provided technical support to R&D, line extension, and manufacturing teams by providing appropriate resources for test method development, coordination of all required QC testing, evaluation of data for statistical validity, durability/fatigue testing, failure assessment (FMEAs), coordination of sterilization and biocompatibility issues, shelf life studies and design reviews.
