I am a former Headteacher of Snowflake ABA School for Children with Autism in London. Under my leadership, Snowflake received an Outstanding rating by Ofsted. Prior to Snowflake, I served as Headteacher, Principal and Director in a range of special educational needs schools and children’s homes in England and Wales and was a frequent contributor to national and international conferences while Head of Education at Action for Children.Experience, Knowledge and SkillsAs Educational Consultant I can use my Knowledge, Skills and Experience of children with special educational needs and disabilities; and the system that has been described as the 'SEN Jungle', to support parents to achieve the best possible education for their child.I have a wide experience of change management and have led the establishment of new schools and residential homes. I have a particular interest in achieving the best outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
