In 1990-1994 I have studied at Yeshiva University in New York, and majored in Accounting. Following that I worked for Deloitte & Touche in Manhattan and got my American CPA. Back in Israel I worked for Leuboshits Kassirer Arthur Andersen and fortified my knowledge and expertise in the Israeli GAAP. In 1998 I joined a not-for-profit organization called Kranot HaShotrim in Jerusalem as an Assistant Controller, Where I Learned practically all aspects of Internal accounting, auditing, and bookkeeping, all from a controller's point of view. In June 2000 I decided to make a change, and enter the High-Tech world. I joined the hi-Tec division in the Israeli Ministry of Finance as a Data Warehouse Administrator, two years after which I decided to go back to the financial arena. I was offered to stay in the ministry of finance and establish a whole mechanism of Budget Reporting, Human Resource, and procurement - almost from scratch. I believe I did that successfully. At the end of January 2013 I decided that it would be a good time for me to move on, leaving behind a well-organized unit.
