I've been in the fitness industry for 8 years and in that time frame I've scaled 1-1 coaching businesses in both Glasgow and Dubai. I've run multiple group coaching businesses and in 2020 I moved all of my business online and launched MTN Coaching. Since launching in 2020 we've helped over 2,500 clients across all of our products and services. Our main focus is to highlight how much our clients lives can improve by providing a framework for our three pillars: the client's Mindset, Training and Nutrition (MTN). I've created a number of products including ever-green services like our Fat Loss Project and Growth Project. I've built a team of expert Online Coaches who work directly with our clients to improve their health, lifestyle and physiques with education surrounding achieving a sustainable result. As a company we are currently domineering the Online Fitness space with our annual 12 Week Peak which is now recognised as the largest body transformation program in Scotland. It will see over 450 people getting in "photoshoot" shape together in March 2023.My current goals with MTN Coaching are to continue to build the brand and team, to network with like minded brands and in the near future launch fitness retreats across the world.
