- Maintain adherence to security protocols and standards such that agency is sufficiently protected from unwanted/unintended network intrusion. - Install and configure computer systems; hardware and software - Diagnose and solve hardware/network/software faults via internal and/or contractor support- In coordination with agency and potentially contractor staff, support development and maintenance of templates and reports in agency software systems including agency’s electronic health record and other data management software- Provide hands-on training to new staff regarding basic computer operation, file saving, and email access

- Daily Troubleshooting, hardware and software support, Active directory user management, Server setup and management, Fax install and maintenance, Printer maintenance and configuration, Electronic Health Record implementation and support for Aprima, Allscripts, Allscripts MyWay, RAPID, NextGen

- Partner with the Executive Team and other staff to develop and implement an IT strategic plan based on the Organization’s Strategic Plan, prioritizing and setting milestones for achievement of the plan- Assist the VP of Finance and the Executive Team with establishing an IT budget and forecast of IT spending. Manage expenditures and procure of all technology related purchases for a 350 user organization- Establish administrative policies/procedures and ensures Organization staff have proper knowledge and training related to hardware, software, applications, business processes and systems- Maintain all the computer systems of the Organization, Oversee the vendors and IT contractors for the Organization, and Direct and monitor safeguards/responses relative to systems security and confidentiality issues- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external staff, clients, providers, vendors, contractors and consultants

- Responsible for setting up new accounts, doing security audits, supporting multiple MYSQL databases, updating and supporting the website, end user support, remote support for students in the ACT program, new PC/Laptop setup, ordering hardware/software, troubleshooting printers, maintaining virtual servers that are hosted on a physical server, troubleshooting network infrastructure issues, setting up and maintain the Fortinet firewall and multiple VLAN managed switches, supporting a 24 PC computer lab, etc.
