• Built a solid and robust data foundation by implementing a strong stewardship and governance program across our global Product data domain.• Support the global Product domain business data stewards, technical stewards and business data owners in defining key and critical data elements, building robust data dictionary / business glossary, defining data quality, consistency and completeness so that data is trusted and well understood across the enterprise.• Leverage the Collibra DGC and JIRA inventory tools, capturing business and technical metadata, data lineage and transformation rules for the Product data domain and Product datasets.• Recommend new data projects and assist with the prioritisation of existing data programs making sure these are aligned with business needs.• Coordinate Product data projects, partnering with the Data Governance Office, other core domain Enterprise Data Specialists and Technology department, to deliver new Data Governance initiatives.• Provide mediation and arbitration services between users or user groups in cases where there are disagreements or identified data issues within the global Product domain or across other core domains.• Drive and execute global Product domain training and communication requirements across Legg Mason business units and affiliates.• Work in conjunction with the Data Governance Office to develop and manage data scorecards, metrics and reports for the global Product domain.

• Product Data Steward, implementing Legg Mason’s governance program covering the Product domain. Key role in deriving and maintaining core data business definitions, technical metadata, source system identification, business rules and data quality.• Product Data Manager for the MiFID and PRIIPs information collation and onboarding external production and dissemination partner of the EMT and EPT to clients and vendors.• Project leader for the production of the UCITS Directive KIID production team and continuing the ongoing management of the KIID updates.• Product technical support to the International Product Development teams on scoping, developing and implementing new products and innovations to current products within the Legg Mason international and local Fund ranges.• Maintain and evolve the Legg Mason Technical Product Information to support product reporting for client updates and presentations created by the Marketing team.• Responsible for Product technical information updates for prospectuses, financials and application forms.• Maintain and strengthen operational relationships with the international operations team and the custodial fund accounting and transfer agencies.• Complete product updates to distributors and external data providers (Morningstar, Bloomberg, Lipper, Financial Express, Fundinfo, etc).

• International Mutual Fund Reporting Manager for the Marketing teams across Europe, Asia and Americas.• Created, and team now maintain the LMI mutual fund Excel and Access databases which are used to support the LMI retail businesses throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.• Management of the factsheet production for the LMI Offshore mutual fund and fund of fund product ranges across 12 retail markets within EMEA.• Maintain and strengthen relationships with affiliated Investment Managers, Custodians and European Legal Advisors to uphold high reporting standards.• Ensure reporting requirements are met when additional mutual funds are created and new third party distributors are signed up.• Implemented a range of efficient and operational marketing methods developing a solid product knowledge: Fund fact sheets, offers for tenders, asset allocations and Fund management reports.

• Integral Part of the Marketing Team and lead fund information analyst for the CAM Luxembourg-domiciled mutual fund and fund of fund product ranges.• Management of the factsheet production for the CAM Luxembourg-domiciled mutual fund and fund of fund product ranges across 12 retail markets within EMEA.• Mutual fund data provision on a monthly/quarterly basis to support affiliates and third party distributors.• Created and maintain mutual fund Excel and Access databases which are used to support the CAM retail business. Work with the required investment teams and custodians, throughout Europe, U.S. and Asia, in receipt and delivery of mutual fund information.• Manage the fund listing agencies and publications across EMEA including S&P, Bloomberg, Feri, Lipper, etc.• Responsible for Standard and Poor’s Micropal, plus oversight of RPU and MPA databases (competitive product information) for monthly/quarterly product analysis.
