With over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, I am passionate about developing and delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency. As the Vice President of Business Development at Lumipen, I lead the strategic planning, market entry, and partnership development for a unique electrocautery handheld adaptor that provides illumination, surgical plume and fluid evacuation at the surgical site. I am driven by the mission of Lumipen to provide surgeons with better visibility and control in the operating room.In my current role, I leverage my skills in R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, sales, distribution and to-market strategies to position Lumipen in the domestic and international markets. I have successfully negotiated and closed multiple deals with distributors, hospitals, and investors, and currently moving Lumipen's presence in US, Europe, Asia, and South America markets. I also work closely with the product development, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure Lumipen meets the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders.
