• From initial project design, production of specifications, project management, hardware and software design, control panel manufacture, installation, commissioning, to client training and support; providing a full and bespoke engineering service. Designing and installing process control systems, LV panels and system integration projects to clients in all types of industries within Europe and America.• Customers included: Blackburn Chemicals Ltd, Samworth Brothers, Saint Gobain, Scapa, AMS medical, Altro flooring, Polymer Health, Gates Power Transmission, Interfloor, Advanced Tapes, Tarkett flooring, Scholl.• Worked in many industries including, Automotive, Chemical, Manufacturing, Water & Sewerage, Food, Medical, Railway.• Work at BCL Included: o Upgrading T1-5 and 150 plant controls and the design and installation of all other new tanks.o Involved in the initial design stages for Site 2. o Design and installation of all electrical controls for the new Site 2 – this was done on the brand-new Siemens S7 1500 Platform.
