This comprehensive plan encompassed partnership and acquisition opportunities, as well as the timelines for the implementation of services spanning SNFs, infusion centers, home health and hospice services, ASCs, and diagnostic imaging centers. During this time, I spearheaded strategic initiatives and worked collaboratively with various multidisciplinary teams in implementing these initiatives – contributing to key wins for the hospital: ✓ Increased new patients by 65% by devising and implementing a Primary Care and Urgent Care expansion strategy aimed at tripling the number of TGH primary care physicians.✓ Grew physician referral revenue by 13.5% over the previous year. ✓ Acquired >3,000 new members and >700 e-visits by deploying comprehensive Telehealth services. ✓ Positioned TGH to capitalize on a $30M growth opportunity in Thyroid/Parathyroid. ✓ Put the crucial building blocks in place needed to complete the build for a $70M comprehensive outpatient health center scheduled to launch 1Q, 2017. -
