About David Hay
I started with Westburne Electric in July 1981 sweeping floors and packing boxes because I was too young to drive the truck. I quickly moved to Westburne Central Supply (plumbing division) where after learning to listen to my supervisors I was presented with great opportunities for advancement. I was given the opportunity to become Branch Manager in 1989 and have proudly held that role both with Westburne and now Wolseley Canada ever since. As Westburne was transitioning to Wolseley Canada I spent a few years as Northern Ontario Regional Manager but the pressures that placed on family life where great and I decided that the role of Branch Manager was more to my liking.I will just be starting my 34th year with this organization as I retire to enjoy time with my family this July 2014.
