I Currently hold 4+ years of experience in Administration along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SUNY Delhi with a concentration in Recreation and Sports Facility Management. One of my strengths is the ability to develop, teach, and lead a team or workers. My recent position was working as the Operations Manager for the Buena Vista Inn which holds 58 bedrooms. While Working for the Buena Vista Inn, I oversaw all daily tasks that helped maintain functionality of the entire facility. Aside from Developing and reviewing operational policies and procedures, i also scheduled daily maintenance work within the facility. In Addition, i trained new and current employees on preventive maintenance. I created and updated monthly invoice records for room reservations, Quarterly Budgets, and online reservations. While working at the Buena Vista Inn, I found time to add on more to my working schedule. I was hired as the Assistant Coach of SUNY Delhi's Men's Basketball Team ; which is my Alma Mater. My Duties consisted of Assisting in practice plan preparation and implementations, assisting with full game reports to the Sports Information Director, and Game Statistics Logs. I also managed all aspects of team travel which included ordering meals, hotel arrangements, and team game today practices and shoot arounds. In addition, my previous work involved me serving as a Development Specialist for SUNY Rockland’s Men’s Basketball Team. I received my Associates of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Rockland where I played on the Men’s Basketball Team. During my time at SUNY Rockland, I assisted with player recruitment, NJCAA Eligibility verification, scouting reports, and summer transition programs. I also designed and implemented summer workout program for each team member in consult with the head coach. I supervised community service efforts by the team, and sponsorship events within the local community.
