I am passionate about building innovative programs at small, rural schools to allow rural students to have the same opportunities that large districts offer. I seek out community and industry leaders to build strategic partnerships to help benefit our students. I strive to find highly qualified teachers to staff programs to prepare our students for post high school. I am a master at finding funding channels to help bring these programs to fruition in a challenging budget climate. My goal is to offer as many opportunities to as many students as possible in a creative, rigorous learning environment.
