Responsible for sales of TRU full flight simulators and other flight training devices representing Boeing, Airbus, and ATR commercial aircraft to airlines and pilot training providers across the US and Canada.

Responsible for worldwide sales and marketing of pilot training programs to Citation and King Air pilots. From 2016 to 2018, grew the sales team from two to seven teammates, with revenue growth of over 600% through focused annual sales plans and strategic development of four new training programs. Over the period, successfully implemented training in major foreign markets including Europe, Asia, Central America, and South America.

Responsible for sales of new Cessna Citation jet aircraft in Florida. Provided prospects with aircraft comparisons, technical and performance data, financial analysis tools, and demonstration flights as needed to win business. Also lead and mentored two Regional Sales Associates that assisted with lead generation and sales administration. Over the period, sold 38 aircraft valued at over $312M.

Responsible for sales and marketing of simulator flight training courses for Citation pilots. Worked with Regional Sales Managers to increase revenue at the Orlando Learning Center. As part of the training center management team, I also worked with other departments in the center to ensure all regulatory requirements were met, and client satisfaction was high.

Responsible for all operational aspects of the company Falcon 900EX, including flight planning, safety management, maintenance coordination, and passenger needs. Earned a PIC type rating in the Falcon.

Responsible for sales and marketing of simulator flight training courses for Falcon and Gulfstream pilots. Worked with Regional Sales Managers to increase revenue at the Dallas/Ft. Worth Learning Center. As part of the training center management team, I also worked with other departments in the center to ensure all regulatory requirements were met, and client satisfaction was high.

As part of the flight crew, responsible for safe and timely carriage of passengers throughout the Delta Airlines network in accordance with company and FAA Part 121 regulations. While there, earned an Airline Transport Pilot license, as well as an SIC type rating in the CRJ-200, and maintained a 100% pass rate on all check rides.

Responsible for providing primary and advanced flight instruction to incoming student pilots in our fleet of Piper single and twin engine airplanes. Managed a group of ten other flight instructors, including scheduling, compliance, and internal training. Earned CFI, CFII, MEI and AGI instructor ratings.

Responsible for sales and marketing of automotive finance and lease products, as well as origination of capital loans and mortgages, to Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Florida and Puerto Rico. Also provided field training for dealership personnel in all aspects of our lease program, including customer follow-up and retention programs. Increased finance market penetration on new and pre-owned Mercedes-Benz sales, as well as exceeded goals for inventory financing and commercial loans. Previously held positions here as a Credit Analyst and Wholesale Financial Analyst.
