I have an amazing track record in resolving technical issues over the phone in my previous role as a Help Desk Coordinator for a statewide school system in Florida. I've talked to hundreds of different people and can work well under pressure. I am studying for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification and I am taking my second attempt at the exam by February 2025. I am excited to review the concepts and pass the exam.I am very excited to get hands-on with new technology.
