Business Management for Man Group's Global People Department. Key areas include:- Support on strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the US and EEA. Providing project oversight on Phase One (M&A close date) as well as Phase Two (post-merger integration i.e. OD&D, business analysis, etc.- Manage multiple RFP processes end-to-end including identifying potential vendors, coordinating exploration meetings, and evaluating proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and budgets. Achieved cost savings and improved service offerings across a range of areas including recruitment, talent management and communications.- Audit management for the Global People Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Working closely with Compliance & Risk to identify and rectify audit findings promptly.- Budget management of multiple departmental budgets totaling $18 million p.a. ensuring strict adherence to financial targets.- Oversee the department's Transformation Strategy focusing on change management and business development initiatives across our People Function. While working at the bank I held the following roles:- HR/Talent Advisor (October 2020 - May 2021)- Interim Head of Talent Development (May 2021 - May 2022)- Interim SMCR Manager (May 2021 - May 2022)- HR Project Manager (May 2021 -August 2022)Key achievements during my time at the bank included:-Execution of an RFP process for a new background screening supplier.- Project manage the implementation of the bank's new HRIS- Project manage the implementation of the bank's new Learning Management System (LMS).- Design and deployment of a new approach to Performance Management at the bank, focusing on continuous feedback.- Management of the firm's Talent development budget (£1.1 million p.a.).-Management of the bank's SMCR regulatory activities including applications for regulatory approval of Senior Managers to the FCA and PRA; Fitness and Propriety annual attestations for the bank's Certified Personnel; and annual rescreening of all SMCR employees.
