David undertakes a range of valuation activities specialising in valuations for Red Book Secured Lending, Balance Sheet and Accounting purposes, Pension Fund Valuations, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and other purposes, Insurance Re-build Cost Valuations, Commercial and Residential Portfolio Valuations and Development Sites. and undertakes Landlord and Tenant work such as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals together with Boundary Disputes, Rating Appeals and Telecommunications Lettings.David is also included within the UK Register of Expert Witnesses providing Expert Witness Reports in respect of Litigation with Mediation Experience or acting as an Independent Surveyor in Civil Dispute Resolutions.David became a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and a Fellow in 1996 having previously worked as a Valuer in Local and Central Government prior to a career with local Private Practice firms in Telford, Birmingham and at Newcastle-under-Lyme, latterly as a Partner/Director. Born in Telford David is very much a “Shropshire Lad” living in Muxton and having a keen interest in most sports. He played football locally for several teams at amateur level for many years and still enjoys playing Five-a-side whilst being a lifelong supporter of Manchester United.
