Managing a global team of DataOps Engineers and Data Scientists working on Cloud Datawarehouse platforms and specialising in the deployment of Snowflake, Databricks and Talend technologies. Growing an offshore delivery team in India via enablement in cloud and DataOps technologies, as well as recruitment of new teams in North America, APAC and Europe.

Managing a team within a flexible resourcing model to ensure delivery of a global deployment and drive the professional services function implementing a continuous improvement strategy. Engaged with pre-sales to ensure service agreements are well defined and understood within the Omnico business and with customers. Accountable for the delivery of all projects, including the governance of the development effort, within a customer implementation project. Ensuring standardisation of processes and adherence to process. Working closely with PMO, to ensure project profitability and the tracking of earned value throughout the project life cycle is closely controlled.

Promoting best practice project delivery methods to control, maintain and improve services delivered ensuring projects are implemented effectively and efficiently. Managing the team to achieve business objectives including the attainment of targets for utilisation, on-time delivery, revenue and budget, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and project deadlines. Acting as a point of escalation for project related activity and developing customer relationships for project revenue development. Setting team goals and key processes in alignment with objectives. Assisting direct reports in the definition and attainment of individual goals. Ensuring that direct reports have the resources, information, and processes necessary to deliver effective and timely technical solutions to our customers.Working closely with the sales & pre-sales teams to prepare project delivery profiles, productised project services and estimates for delivery of projects. Supporting sales & pre-sales teams at customer and prospect presentations for project propositions.

Responsible for Consulting Services through WFMR, Supporting Project Management, Strategic Services and Client Partner. Experience of the full project life cycle rolling out the full Workforce Management Solution of Forecasting, Labour Demand, Auto-scheduling, and T&A for several leading retailers both in the UK and Internationally. Preparing detailed Project Costing, SOW’s, Test Script and presenting at both Sales Presentations and Steering Boards.

Experience of the full project life cycle rolling out the full Workforce Management Solution of Gathering Requirements, Forecasting, Labour Demand, Auto-Scheduling and T&A for a number of leading retailers both in the UK and Internationally. Providing Pre-sales, Sales (Demos, POC’s and Exhibitions), RFI/RFP/RFQ’s, Scoping and Implementations. Worked directly with the Pre-sales team for Customer Facing and Remote Demos.

Facilitated discovery workshops to provide process analysis, process mapping and gap analysis. Developing marketing strategies, business plans and menu development.

Responsible for Generic Menu Development, Retail IT Solutions and Operational Management of Prime Sites and Group Hotels.
