New $5 million, 1-2 story vehicle storage and maintenance building, 22,000sf PEMB, for public works field crews. - Bouma Townhomes - Lynden, WA. 2-story townhomes, 8 units, with local developer. Managed from initial design to occupancy permit the opening of several onsite “Home Stores” (sales centers) for various sales launches.
