Have quickly moved up in the management ranks. In the last 3 and half years I have gone from Help Desk Supervisor > Service Manager > Help Desk Operations Manager. Under my management I responsible for overseeing 12 employees.I have been able to keep low turn over with my staff in a field that typically sees a much higher rate than normal.
