As a lead Mechanical Engineer I am responsible for the design of the mechanical systems on the projects that I am assigned. One of the projects that I have worked on while at Atkins involved the design of a large theme park with intricate inside ride buildings and retail shops. I was responsible for the design of a building renovation for the air force that involved a building with many computer spaces. This building was also extremely secure and the design had to take into account the phasing of construction.

Vice President, Team Leader of Dallas Office 2007-2010. Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Dallas Office, oversee and evaluate staff, preparation of monthly and yearly budget reports, yearly evaluation of the financial performance of the Dallas office preparation, yearly marketing plan, reviewing manpower needs, scheduling of all major projects. Serve as lead HVAC design engineer. Review HVAC, plumbing and fire safety documents before submittal for bids and to clients, perform engineering studies and peer review. In charge of the office as the Dallas office grew from a staff of five with yearly revenue of $750,000 to a staff of 17 with a yearly revenue of $3 million; office performing at 34% margin within three years.
