Responsible for 90 staff and 6 offices in Canada and the United States. Over 30 years of asset management, pavement design, evaluation and management experience ranging from parking lots to major highways and airport airside infrastructure. He is extensively involved in public/private/partnership projects, innovative project delivery mechanisms, innovative pavement design and rehabilitation techniques, value engineering, forensic evaluation and construction management. He is a practice leader in permeable pavement design and construction and has taught over 50 training courses on the subject.

He was the manager of the ARA Transportation Infrastructure Division and responsible for the civilian and military airport pavement evaluation groups. He is responsible for pavement design,evaluation, value engineering and pavement and highway and airport infrastructure management.
