As the former CEO of RBC Investor Services Trust, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, I led the strategic direction of the Canadian Investor Services business and was a key executive for client relationships and board governance. I am passionate about creating value for clients, shareholders, and employees, and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement.During my role as CEO, the business delivered successive years of earnings and margin improvements, launched a diversity and inclusion programs, and secured retention deals for major accounts. I contributed to the global strategy and integration of the RBCITS division as a member of their global executive committee. Prior to that, I was in the COO Office Team, where we developed and implemented a significant business restructure and I developed and chaired a new business committee that drove the integrated new global strategy for the business. I utilize strong skills in business planning, financial management, and people development to drive successful results.
