Direct recruitment of Programmers, Analysts, Project Managers and IT Security Professionals for major accounts including Protiviti and United Healthcare in major metropolitan areas across the United States. Robert Half Technology is a leading provider of IT professionals on a project and full-time basis.

Pride Technology was a prime IT vendor on the JP Morgan Chase account. My role was to provide an on-premises corporate liaison to JP Morgan Chase IT Management regarding our provided consultant staff. Meetings with management to determine future needs and presentation of candidates for consideration. Supervision of Pride's IT consultant staff, and quality control of recruited candidates that were provided to JPMC for consideration of new assignments. This assignment ended when Pride was not re-selected for the prime vendor list.

At MRI, my responsibility was to increase the effectiveness and profitability of 100 individual MRI Recruiting Franchisees in the Midwest. This included Management Review of Operations, Corporate Branding oversight and dissemination of corporate policy. Recruiting effectiveness was was accomplished by conducting individual and group training sessions utilizing leading edge recruiting strategy and techniques. My target group of franchisees increased their billings over 20% during my tenure there. This employment ended when MRI disbanded their field sales staff.

My responsibility was to work with KMPG partners to increase Tax and IT consulting services to major Ohio Corporations. This included coordination and building of world wide KPMG consultant teams to service our major account Cardinal Health. This employment ended when KPMG ended the use of a direct sales team model and moved back to Partner centric marketing.

CTG was an 800 million dollar IT Professional service corporation based out of Buffalo, NY. While there, as an Account Executive I sold time/material based information technology services to large scale accounts in Ohio. Other responsibilities included recruiting and managing a professional consulting staff of 40+ consultants delivering these services onsite at corporate locations.
